The Eastern Mass/Greater Lowell joint Umpires Certification Course 2023 

will be held beginning Sunday, February 19th at Tufts University. 

Classes are held every Sunday from 6-8 PM in lecture hall P-106 located on the main floor of the Chemistry Building,
62 Talbot Ave., Medford/Somerville on the campus of Tufts University. 

The date of the required written certification and field exam TBA.

The course is not limited to potential EMBUA/GLBUA members, it is open to anyone in the State who wishes to become an umpire and after successful completion, you can then register with your local Association. 

There is a great need for umpires so please be sure to reach out to anyone you think may be interested.
